SLAM’N PORK BURGER W/ LEGACY WHISKY

(MAKES 4 BURGERS) These pork patties will be the talk of the backyard barbecue, mixed with apple, onion, garlic and Legacy Whisky. Now you know what the talk is all about. Delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 golden apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Legacy Whisky
  • 1 c coleslaw
  • 4 burger buns
PREPARATION:
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the coleslaw and buns.
  • Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  • Set your FIREDISC® to HIGH heat and grill the burgers for 12 minutes, flipping once.
  • Lightly grill the burger buns, plate your burgers and top with coleslaw.
  • Enjoy!
