SLAM’N PORK BURGER W/ LEGACY WHISKY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 golden apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Legacy Whisky
  • 1 c coleslaw
  • 4 burger buns

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the coleslaw and buns. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Set your FireDisc to HIGH heat and grill the burgers for 12 minutes, flipping once. Lightly grill the burger buns, plate your burgers and top with coleslaw. Enjoy!
