  • Turn firedisc to medium heat
  • fill oil in pan and fry pieces of bacon, put aside once ready
  • Let cream cheese sit out until room temp to be able to mash, add mexican cheese, bacon bits, Firedisc fajita seasoning, Firedisc chacha chili seasoning
  • Scrape seeds of jalapenos out, stuff jalapenos with cream cheese filling
  • Mash breakfast sausages and wrap jalapenos with them, add salt and pepper to taste
  • Dip them in egg wash, then flour, back into egg wash, then dip into breadcrumbs
  • Put into frying pan, flip each side 5 minutes till golden brown
