- 2 oz dried wild mushrooms, rehydrated in warm water and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 serano pepper, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 6 oz beer
- 10 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Set your FireDisc to medium high heat, add the oil and sauté all the vegetables for 8 minutes. Add the beer and cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
Turn your FireDisc off and sprinkle the cheese over the vegetables. Your FireDisc will retain enough heat to melt the cheese but not over cook it. Stir until all the cheese is melted and serve! Enjoy!
