Set your FireDisc to HIGH and add the oil to the disc. Heat the oil to 375 F and then fry the breaded shrimp for 4 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate, top with a touch of salt and the parsley.

Set the FireDisc to MEDIUM heat and sauté the garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Cook for 8 minutes and add the green onions. Cook for another 3 minutes...

Set FireDisc to HIGH with fry oil, allow oil to reach 375 degrees F and fry fish in batches of 4 or 5 for 5 minutes. Drain fish on a paper lined plate and top with a touch of salt. Allow fish to cool, top with salsa mixture, serve, and enjoy!

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Set your FireDisc to medium heat and when hot cook the shrimp for 10 minutes or until pink. Serve with fried or white rice and enjoy!

Mix the basil, mayo, and the HABE sauce together in a mixing bowl. Add to the stew and mix well. Allow the stew to cool and enjoy!

Prepare the Lemon Caper Butter by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing well. Set your FireDisc to medium high heat and add the oil to the disc. Once hot cook the fish skin side up first for 3 minutes, flip, dab the Lemon Caper Butter on the fish, and cook skin side down for 8 minutes.

In a quart zip lock bag pack in the sockeye salmon and all ingredients. Allow salmon to marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator.
