• 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 c red cabbage
  • 1/4 c pickled carrots


Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and ginger.

Set your FireDisc to medium high heat, add the oil and cook the chicken and the red onion for 10 minutes. Warm the tortillas on the outer ring of the FireDisc, fill with chicken and then top with the red cabbage and pickled carrots. Enjoy!
