ASIAN CHICKEN TACO

(MAKES 4 TACOS) Unique ingredients including pickled carrots, red cabbage, ginger and soy make these tortillas especially Asian.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 c red cabbage
  • 1/4 c pickled carrots
PREPARATION:
  • Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and ginger.
  • Set your FIREDISC® to medium high heat, add the oil and cook the chicken and the red onion for 10 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas on the outer ring of the FIREDISC® fill with chicken and then top with the red cabbage and pickled carrots.
  • Enjoy!
