• 4 parsnips, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp of olive oil
  • 8 beer bratwurst
  • 1 small pack of grape tomatoes
  • 2 Handfuls of fresh basil, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese


Set the FireDisc to medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the FireDisc is hot add the bratwurst and sear for 3 minutes. Add the parsnips and the onions, cook for 5 minutes then add the tomatoes and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

To finish add the basil and the parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
