CHICKEN STIR FRY WITH BASIL CREAM SAUCE

The entire family will rave over this dish and you don't have to tell them how easy it was, even the cream sauce is made in the FireDisc. It takes less than 20 minutes, but taste like a gourmet meal, and it will be!
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsps of olive oil
PREPARATION:
  • Set the FIREDISC® to a medium temperature and cook the chicken with the olive oil.
  • Once the chicken is half way cooked (about 5 minutes) add the mushrooms and the onions.
  •  Once all the ingredients are fully cooked (about 8 minutes) add the basil and the cream.
  • Let the sauce reduce for 5 min and it is ready to be served. Enjoy!
