INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breast cut into strips
- 2 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cup of heavy whipping cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsps of olive oil
- Set the FIREDISC® to a medium temperature and cook the chicken with the olive oil.
- Once the chicken is half way cooked (about 5 minutes) add the mushrooms and the onions.
- Once all the ingredients are fully cooked (about 8 minutes) add the basil and the cream.
- Let the sauce reduce for 5 min and it is ready to be served. Enjoy!
