Creamy Spinach Macaroni

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1-2 pounds of elbow macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3/4 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach lightly chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon of garlic
  • Firedisc Cha Cha Chili Seasoning
PREPARATION:
  • Turn Firedisc to medium and add water - get water boiling
  • Add in elbow macaroni noodles until cooked
  • Drain out water from disc, add in butter, milk and half and half
  • Add in spices and flour and mix together
  • Add in your shredded cheese to mixture, keep heat on medium to low
  • Add in Firedisc Cha Cha Chili Seasoning and fresh cut spinach
  • Add in cooked noodles and stir - turn heat off as you mix and then serve!
