It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right? That’s why we’ve added a splash of wine to our latest catch to create these delicious, boozy Drunken Prawns.
- Red chilis
- White wine
- Chop lemon, onion, & red chilis.
- Add half stick of butter to FIREDISC® on medium heat.
- Sauté shrimp, red chilis, garlic & squeezed lemons.
- Add white wine and mix.
- Season with salt.
- Once fully cooked, remove & garnish with lemons / cilantro.
