Firedisc steak sandwiches are a real treat for lunch or dinner, grilled and serve with toppings o Chiabatta rolls.



  • 6 Chiabatta Rolls
  • 1 1/2 lbs Top Round, thinly sliced
  • 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 2 Beef Steak Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Bunch Arugula, minced
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 c Mayo
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Set the FireDisc to High heat, brush the ciabatta rolls with some oil and toast the bread for 2 minutes.
  • Set the rolls to the side. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to the disc and sauté the onions for 5 minutes.
  • Move the onions to the outer ring to hold warm.
  • Cook the thinly sliced beef 2 minutes per side then set to the side.
  • Use the juices in the center of the pan to coat the onions.
  • Turn off your FireDisc and arrange the sandwiches.
  • Mix the arugula, the lemon juice, and the mayo together.
  • Spread the mixture on both slices of the rolls, add the beef, onions, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
