• 6 Chiabatta Rolls
  • 1 1/2 lbs Top Round, thinly sliced
  • 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
  • 2 Beef Steak Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Bunch Arugula, minced
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 c Mayo
  • Vegetable Oil


Set the FireDisc to High heat, brush the chiabatta rolls with some oil and toast the bread for 2 minutes. Set the rolls to the side. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to the disc and sauté the onions for 5 minutes. Move the onions to the outer ring to hold warm.

Cook the thinly sliced beef 2 minutes per side then set to the side. Use the juices in the center of the pan to coat the onions. Turn off your FireDisc and arrange the sandwiches.

Mix the arugula, the lemon juice, and the mayo together. Spread the mixture on both slices of the rolls, add the beef, onions, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
