INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Chiabatta Rolls
- 1 1/2 lbs Top Round, thinly sliced
- 1 Yellow Onion, sliced
- 2 Beef Steak Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Bunch Arugula, minced
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1/2 c Mayo
- Vegetable Oil
- Set the FireDisc to High heat, brush the ciabatta rolls with some oil and toast the bread for 2 minutes.
- Set the rolls to the side. Add 2 tbsp. of oil to the disc and sauté the onions for 5 minutes.
- Move the onions to the outer ring to hold warm.
- Cook the thinly sliced beef 2 minutes per side then set to the side.
- Use the juices in the center of the pan to coat the onions.
- Turn off your FireDisc and arrange the sandwiches.
- Mix the arugula, the lemon juice, and the mayo together.
- Spread the mixture on both slices of the rolls, add the beef, onions, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
