FIREDISC® Steamed Dumplings

Enjoy making Dumplings on the Ultimate Steaming™ Grate paired with the Ultimate Flattop™ Lid that are also healthy.
INGREDIENTS:
  • Dumpling Wrappers or shells
  • Pork Sausage or your favorite Meat to use for filling
  • Filling mixture can consist of what you want, below are options:
  • Freshly grated ginger
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Seasalt and pepper
PREPARATION:
  • Start Firedisc and add about 1 gallon of water
  • Put Steaming Grate and Flattop Lid on to heat things up
  • Lay out dough/shells
  • Fill shells with your desired mixture
  • Fold over and seal the shell - we used fork to pattern
  • Steam for about 10 minutes
  • Serve and Enjoy!
