Fried Snapper Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Snapper
  • 1 egg
  • Flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Burger buns
  • Spinach
  • Tartar sauce
PREPARATION:
  • Add flour to both sides of the snapper and dip in the egg yolk till submerged. Then cover the snap with bread crumbs
  • Add the breaded snapper to your FIREDISC cooker and fry till both sides are a dark golden brown.
  • Add tartar sauce on one side of your burger, spinach, and then your snapper. Enjoy!
