INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound round steak, chopped
- 1 cup margarine
- ½ gallon water
- ¼ tablespoon ground black pepper
- Chopped Potatoes
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- Beef Broth
- 16 ounces stewed tomatoes
- FIREDISC® Bodacious Beef Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- Heat FIREDISC® to medium heat, Add veggies
- Add Beef Broth and bring to a boil
- Add Potatoes
- Season with FIREDISC® Bodacious Beef Seasoning
- Add Diced Tomatoes
- Move vegetables along the top heat zone while you cook the steak
- Add steak bites with FIREDISC® Bodacious Beef Seasoning
- Once steak is cooked to your desired temps, add back in vegetables add in gravy, mix and then serve
