• 2 Chicken breasts, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 c of corn
  • 1/2 c of bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup of edamame soy beans
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili paste


Set your FireDisc to medium high heat, add your olive oil and sauté the chicken and bell peppers for 5 minutes. Add all other vegetables and chili paste, mix thoroughly and cook for another 6 minutes. You can find the soy beans in the frozen section of most grocery stores and the chili paste in the international aisle. Enjoy!
