INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Chicken breasts, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 c of corn
- 1/2 c of bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup of edamame soy beans
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chili paste
- Set your FIREDISC® to medium high heat, add your olive oil and sauté the chicken and bell peppers for 5 minutes.
- Add all other vegetables and chili paste, mix thoroughly and cook for another 6 minutes.
- You can find the soy beans in the frozen section of most grocery stores and the chili paste in the international aisle.
