INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Sticks of Butter
- Fresh Minced Garlic - 2-3 cloves (or to you liking)
- 4 potatoes chopped or sliced
- 1 whole onion sliced
- Sliced Mushrooms - (as many or as little as you want)
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Parsley
- Asparagus
- Fully Fired Up Fajita Seasoning
- Cherry Tomatos
- Slow and Low Whiskey Rock and Rye
- Steaks - your choice - Filet, Strip, Ribeye
- Turn FD to Low Heat
- Add Butter, Garlic and then Potatoes and Onions
- Stir and saute as you go
- Add mushrooms
- Add Fresh Basil and Fresh Parsley
- Cook over medium for about 5-10 minutes
- Add in Asparagus
- Cook all in the center - and then move to the edges (stage cooking)
- Add Seasoning to Asparagus
- Add in the Cherry Tomatos
- Add your steaks - cook to your temperature choice
- Serve and enjoy!
