10 essential summer recipes for FIREDISC® owners

Who wants to stay in a stuffy hot kitchen this summer? We’d rather be outdoors, with a FIREDISC fired up, Ultimate Cooking Weapon in one hand and a cold drink in the other. If that doesn’t say #SpectacularSummer, what does?

You can make it through summer cooking go-to burgers and dogs. We recommend mixing it up a little. That’s why we compiled this collection of must-try recipes for the summer.

It was no easy task. Perusing a lineup of deliciousness like this made us want to pause the project and fire up the FIREDISC. Try your best to get through this before starting.

1. Shrimp with bok choy and coconut milk

A healthy choice, perfect for the backyard or anywhere with an ocean view. The white wine is for the shrimp, not the chef. (Permission to pour yourself a glass too, granted).

2. Tortilla Espanola

It’s the official FIREDISC response to the Spanish omelet. Who says it has to be for breakfast only? We bet your family or tailgate buddies won’t object.

Need to impress with a meal? This is your best bet. This salad is so tasty and fresh, you’ll forget it’s good for you. Eggplant isn’t always easy to master unless that’s a FIREDISC cooker you’re standing in front of.
